Custom routines crafted with intention, creativity, and artistry. We offer competition pieces, solos, duos, trios, and group choreography, along with recital and showcase works. Every package includes song selection, music editing, and costume inspiration for a fully realized creative vision.

Training designed to strengthen technique, elevate performance, and advance skill. We offer guest classes, intensives, workshops, private coaching (in-person or virtual), and dance team audition prep. Each experience focuses on growth, refinement, and giving dancers the tools to excel.

Refinement that elevates clarity, precision, and overall movement quality. We offer routine cleaning, consulting, and virtual critiques—providing targeted corrections and detailed feedback to help dancers present their strongest, most polished work.

Guidance that prepares dancers to navigate the professional world with confidence. Our personal branding and industry preparation services—available 1:1 or in group settings—equip dancers with the tools needed to stand out and transition successfully.

Creative production support that enhances the professional needs of dancers, studios, and teams. We provide music editing, choreography reel creation, and résumé consulting to help artists present clean, cohesive, and industry-ready materials.

We’ve made borrowing simple, transparent, and stress-free — so you can focus on what matters most.

Step 1

Request Form Submission

Clients submit a detailed online form outlining the services they need, their vision, dates and timeline, goals, and any additional information that helps us understand the full scope of the request. This gives our team the clarity needed to begin.

Step 2

Consultation Call

Clients book a complimentary 30–45 minute call. During this call, our team gathers deeper insight, reviews expectations, clarifies style and technical needs, answers questions, and ensures we fully understand the project’s direction before moving forward.

Step 3

Internal Review + Roster Matching

We evaluate the service category, client needs, timeline, experience level, availability, and style fit. From there, a team member contacts the Circuit professional best aligned with the job to confirm interest and ensure the right match for the service.

Step 4

Assignment Confirmation

The selected choreographer confirms the assignment and secures the project. If they are unavailable, we immediately move to the next best-qualified professional to guarantee the client receives strong alignment, consistency, and timely support..

Step 5

Contract + Deposit

We send the client a digital contract along with a 20% deposit invoice to secure the booking. All payments are processed through QuickBooks, ensuring a smooth, organized, and reliable financial workflow from start to finish.

Step 6

Service Delivered

The Circuit professional completes the service with full alignment to your studio’s brand standards. Throughout the process, our focus remains on quality, clarity, and meeting the client’s goals with consistency.

Step 7

Final Payment

The remaining 80% balance is invoiced and paid upon completion of the service. This final step ensures the project is fully closed out, and all contractual and financial requirements are settled.

Step 8

Wrap-Up + Future Momentum

Clients may continue working with The Circuit for ongoing support. We also offer routine cleaning, critiques, training sessions, and additional choreography to help sustain progress throughout the season.
